What data we collect and why
Enquiry and contact data
When you submit a contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and assess whether there’s a fit for working together. Legal basis: legitimate interests (EU/UK GDPR); consent (DPDP Act); as permitted under applicable US law.
Scheduling data
If you book a call via Cal.com, your name, email, and selected time are collected and processed by Cal.com on our behalf. We use this data solely to manage and conduct the meeting. Cal.com operates under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and usage data
We use Microsoft Clarity and Bing Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, general navigation patterns. This data is aggregated and anonymised where possible. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy policy. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Technical and infrastructure data
Our site is built and hosted on Framer. Framer may collect IP addresses, browser type, and other standard server log data as part of site delivery and security. This data is processed by Framer under its own privacy policy.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry and contact data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you re-engage. Scheduling data is retained for the duration of our engagement or a reasonable period following it. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Microsoft’s data retention policies.
You can request deletion of your data at any time. See “Your rights” below.

We work with the following third-party services that may process personal data on our behalf or in connection with their own services:

Policy
Each processor is contractually required to handle data in accordance with applicable law. When data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards apply (including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required).
